Oh my, I do believe today's painting is the exact opposite of yesterday's. Yesterday's vibrated with implied movement. Today is quiet and calm. There was no sound as I painted today. I blocked in some colors from an inspiration photograph of a garden. A big area of potato vine, some sort of low growing blue violet flower, a little water. Very serene and peaceful today.
On the technical side: I wish I could claim that I painted all of tiny blue flowers. Sorry, but no. I worked with an oil pastel stick. Those things can be quite fun.
